Greetings!!

As you all know, the support email was created to help players with their concerns that this board is unable to resolve. There are some matters that took long enough to resolve due to lack of information given.
Do not blame us, if your accounts be deleted, for multi-accounts, even if you have sent a message for sitting and of having similar IPs, while not providing us the necessary information.

So, if I may just imply to all, that sending an email to the support email, should be complete, precise and clear.

Please note ALL of these templates to be used.

Reporting a Multi-account, cheater, botter, scripter, farmer, farm account/s.
Please always state your account info:
Account Name:
User ID #/character link:
Cluster/Server #:

Then the account/s of the player/s you are reporting:
Account name:
User ID #/character link:

**optional description of the report.

Everyone also needs to please remember, only send the email from the email account that you have listed on your settings page. Esp. if you are reporting someone for cheating. This way, if Snake or Byte has to look into your account, they can email you a new password so you will be able to log back in. they are unable to see what your original password was, so they when they look into your Account they will issue you a temp. password. You will receive email notification anytime this happens.
